Wear Red Day eCards at Say It With eCards – More Than Twenty

January 22nd, 2007 by roz

I am so excited.  I just uploaded more than twenty brand new “Wear Red Day eCards” to the member area of Say It With eCards.  The Wear Red eCards bring awareness to heart disease in women as being the number one killer in women.

The Wear Red e-Cards are designed in two flavors:

  • Judaic Wear Red Day eCards
  • Non-Judaic/Generic Wear Red eCards.

Check them out at:

http://www.sayitwithecards.com/index.php?cat_id=221

NOTE:  These eCard designs are the creation and copyright of Bronx, NY digital artist Roz Fruchtman and do not appear in the public domain.

MY DONATION: For the entire month of February, which is National Heart Month…
I will donate $1.00 from each new or renewal membership to
Say It With eCards to the National Heart Association.  This is my way of giving back!

The Wear Red Campaign touches “every women” here and abroad.  I hope you will join me in sending these specially designed Wear Red eCards to all the women in your life — whether personal, business or acquaintance.

ONE NEVER KNOWS…   A simple eCard could be a huge reminder to visit a doctor for a forgotten or postponed annual examination — where a problem could be detected during a routine visit.

Illness and Get Well Wishes – A Say It With eCards Thought

January 15th, 2007 by roz

Recently a friend asked us to pray for a colleague and friend of his that we all know.  Not knowing what her real situation is I have no idea if she is ill at home or in the hospital, whether she has Internet access or is too ill to log on.

However, it occurred to me a moment ago, IF I did know the answer to the above questions and she did have Internet access, I could schedule a cheery get well card for her to receive daily to know that I was thinking of her.

My point…  At Say It With eCards members have the ability to “schedule eCards in advance.”  The card will be sent on the day you tell it to send it.

Imagine what it could mean to someone ill to know that you were thinking of them and took the time to make sure they knew it.

All of us have been ill at one time or another — whether seriously or just a horrible flu.  Wouldn’t it have been a nice diversion to know that someone was thinking of us and wishing us well!  An eCard is so unobtrusive as we can read it at our leisure and not be bothered having to talk when we were not up to it!

Consider this… sometimes we are too ill to go to the mailbox or do not have someone to go for us, but we can have access to a computer in the house or even a laptop while in bed!

Surf on over to Say It With eCards and explore our Get Well Collection.

NOTE:  In some cases… Perhaps everyday might be too often to send an eCard.  You can adjust it to what you feel would be appropriate for your needs!  The point is, it can be done, and it could mean a great deal to your recipient!

Say It With eCards Remembers the Space Shuttle Columbia Seven

January 14th, 2007 by roz

Say It With eCards remembers and pays tribute to the Columbia Seven with a special collection of Space Shuttle Columbia eCards.

While it seems like just yesterday… It was four years ago, February 1, 2003, the Space Shuttle Columbia crashed on its return trip home and seven brave souls were lost.

  • Colonel Rick Husband
  • Lt. Colonel Michael Anderson
  • Commander Laurel Clark
  • Captain David Brown
  • Commander William McCool
  • Dr. Kalpana Chawla
  • Ilan Ramon, a Colonel in the Israeli Air Force

I can vividly remember how distraught I was and how my heart went out to their families.  As is my way when my emotions are in turmoil, I sat down and created a collection of Space Shuttle Columbia Tribute eCards as my own personal tribute and as a way to give back as an American.

The Space Shuttle Columbia remembrance eCards are now available for sending in the Say It With eCards Member Area.

Roz Says – My Mother Lied… She Told Me… “Self Praise Stinks!”

January 4th, 2007 by roz

“Self Praise Stinks!”  I think this is a Jewish thing, right up there with good old Jewish Guilt!

My mother used to say “Self Praise Stinks!”  In other words NEVER priase yourself or anything you have done.

Tonight I openly say “my mother lied,” or more generously “she was misguided!”
Ok, I’ll share…

In September 2006 I launched my newly redesigned, upgraded and updated Judaic eCard Club.  The former Graphics Schmaphics Exclusive Judaic Greetings Club.  NOW…

Say It With eCards / http://www.sayitwithecards.com/

The site boasts the hi-tech member benefits the big guys offer.  However, this past weekend for New Year 2007 I used some of these nifty new features for the very first time.  I now openly say: “Roz, you done good!”

For New Years 2007 I wanted to do something special for my friends and those who have touched my life in a special way – good, bad or indifferent.  Since I have become spiritual I learned there is knowledge in it all.

I designed a special collection of New Year 2007 eCards just for me to send.  These designs are nowhere to be found on the Say It With eCards website, although I sent them through the service and used the same hi-tech features available to all Say It With eCards Club members.

1) I designed the image (members can use their own digital images for eCards)

2) I uploaded my image to the My Album area (all members have a My Album area)

3) I chose the newly uploaded eCard image in the My Album area and customized it using the same features available with the eCard designs available to all members.

The cards came out fantastic and it gave me such pride to be able to send them to special friends, business associates and new acquaintances.

Surf on over to Say It With eCards Judaic Greetings and have a look around.

The 18 Top Member Benefits can be found here.

Shalom & Happy New Year to All.

Happy New Year 2007 From Roz Fruchtman and Say It With eCards

December 31st, 2006 by roz

I wanted to take a moment to just wish everyone a very Happy New
Year 2007.  May be all be here next year to do it all over again!

Sometimes the smallest effort on our parts mean so much to the
recipient.  I would like to share something with you.

My friend invited me for Christmas, but for my own personal
reason I chose to stay home.  I knew I would have a fabulous
time, but I stayed home.  I did say off-handedly, when she was in
the neighborhood she could bring me a plate! She said ok, and I
forgot all about it.

Friday morning my phone rang and it was my friend.  I may have
forgotten, but she did not.   On her way to the movies she
dropped off a tremendous plate.  I had Christmas dinner for two
days!  This is what friends do.

Ok, we all can’t bring dinners to our friends.  Some of our
friends live on the other side of the world.  But WE CAN take a
moment to send an eCard to say “Hi, I am thinking of you!”

Surf on over to Say It With eCards and have a look see.

BTW, I just designed a special card to send to my friends.  I
wanted something that was from me and not from the card site.
Although you won’t see Say It With eCards Greetings coming and
going, I just wanted something between me and them.  YOU do not
have to do that… YOU HAVE ME!!! I have done it for you with
over 1,800 Judaic eCard selections.

Visit:  Say It With eCards / http://www.SayItWithEcards.com

Enjoy!  Roz
